The general objective is to assure efficient administrative and financial coordination and management of the entire project.
In order to achieve this goal, the specific objectives are to
- implement and maintain the central project management structures, including administrative, logistic and financial issues
- monitor progress and control quality of the project along the work plan and its milestones and deliverables
- enable effective information flow, communication and proper decision-making within the consortium
- manage risks and resolve potential problems
- ensure high quality reporting to the Commission.
